Convenient location near restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. Friendly and welcoming staff including the General Manager and Front Office Manager. Comfortable and well-decorated rooms with great housekeeping. Good value for money for tourists exploring the city. Nice addition of wellness section, although a bit small when crowded. Lovely view of the river from certain rooms.

We had a fantastic city break in Prague. The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions and with fine views of the river. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the window seats where we could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a wellness center which was a great bonus, with a pool and wave device for swimming. The staff were helpful and efficient, and they even prepared a breakfast tray for my partner when he was feeling unwell. a wonderful experience!

The lobby was nice and exceptionally clean. Neat units with great view. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Location: the hotel was short walk to Old Town and all the tourist spots.

I had a delightful stay at The President Hotel. My purpose was to explore the city for a week and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The rooms were spacious, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Lucas from the bell staff had an infectious smile that brightened our day. The dedicated luggage space was unique and convenient. a great choice for our party of 5.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The river view from my room was amazing, especially with the big windows and window seat. The spaciousness of the room allowed for a comfortable stay, and the bench in the room was useful for packing and unpacking my luggage. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my experience more fun. The breakfast provided a nice variety of food, and I loved sitting at the tables next to the nice big windows. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was next to the river and not far from attractions, yet in a quieter area of town. the hotel was very helpful in organizing a taxi back to the airport.

The beds in the room were uncomfortable, as they were actually two single beds pushed together.

the stay at president was just amazing - large and comfortable room, marvelous views from the balcony, and a delicious breakfast that got us ready for the day. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt luxurious from the moment we walked in. highly recommended!

Door randomly opened without knocking.

This hotel is a luxurious venue, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the indoor swimming pool was heated and had sun loungers, making it perfect for relaxing moments. the Spa & wellness centre had a variety of treatments, such as a full body massage and a facial, and the steam room was a calming experience.

The only minor issue was that the beauty treatment was limited, and the manicure was not available. this hotel is a great option for those who seek an exclusive experience, with luxurious amenities such as a heated swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the river and close to everything. The room had a nice view of the river and Prague Castle. The staff were polite and helpful, quickly fixing any problems. The breakfast was superb and plentiful.

The wifi connection was very poor and the restaurant was understaffed during breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with fresh and nicely smelling linens. The beds were large and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, including a kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room and a large TV with many channels available. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late check-in without any issues. The location of the hotel was perfect, being only a few minutes' walk from a nearby tube station and surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. this was an excellent value for money experience.

The hotel is located in a prime spot and provides luxurious amenities that meet the highest standards of exclusivity. the indoor pool and sauna are very well maintained and were perfect for relaxation. the Spa centre offers a variety of beauty treatments, including full body massage and manicure. the rooms are spacious and have private facilities which are exclusive to the guests. the cocktails at the bar were delicious and dining at the restaurant was an outstanding experience.

We only had one minor issue. Although some members of the staff were friendly and helpful, others seemed uninterested and indifferent when approached.
